TRUST BROKERFISH CERTIFIED ADVISORS

Many websites market health insurance plans, but not all are licensed to do so, and their staff often have no health insurance qualifacations. BrokerFish advisors are qualified by the Chartered Insurance Institute to assist consumers to find a suitable policy for their needs. To protect yourself, always ask a company marketing health insurance plans:
  1. If they are licensed and regulated by a Financial Service Authority
  2. If they hold a valid professional indemnity insurance policy
  3. What health insurance qualifications the advisor holds, and if they are a member of a professional body, i.e. the Chartered Insurance Institute.

ENROLMENT ASSITANCE IS ALWAYS FREE

Never pay for help filing out a health insurance application. Enrolment assistance is available but is not required; consumers can enrol directly on their own by clickign the "Apply" button for an insurance plan option, or by calling one of our service centers.

CONSUMERS PAY THE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY

You pay the premium direct to the health insurance company. BrokerFish has not certified any partner to collect premium payments on behalf of an insurance company. Certified enrolment advisors cannot accept premium payments.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

BrokerFish respects consumers privacy, so only limited, anonymous information, such as the ages of enrolees is required to get an estimate. Consumers only need to provide personal information, like a Name or Contact detail when they are completing the actual application. Only advisors certified by BrokerFish are authorised to assist consumers with the application.

PAYMENTS AND MONEY MANAGEMENT

A consumer should never pay for coverage with cash. In general, when consumers enrol in a health insurance product through BrokerFish they will be billed by their health insurance company directly.

INFORMATION FOR ENROLMENT

When ready to enroll, you will need to provide the name, date of birth, government ID number and residential address of the applicants. Health is personal. Consumers can be denied or charged more because of their health, so the application will require information about health conditions. These are questions to see if consumers are eligible for a policy, and to help the udnerwriter assess the application.
